so you put both guns of different types on pifire i tryed that with the stuka but i doesnt work multiplayer in other words i run a dedicated with my mod but that particular setup wont work if i rem out the second weapon no prob but both together gives me an error of too many statemasks

im letting my secret out but its ok maxspeed is just that 65 is kool not for bombs though have it fo 35 or 40 turn radius is the sh*t the planes will really come back around on you lol i used small turn radius for all desert combat vehicles works welll try it on the tanks send me whatever you want im willing to learn

I tried the gun thing on a local MP Conquest game and it worked fine on my computer...that is, I can activate guns AND cannons with primary fire - no errors.
I tried those max speed settings and climb and bank angle awhile back and the bots would ignore the settings because of other priorities elsewhere overiding those settings. For example, I's set the roll angle to 17 degrees and the bots would still roll the plane over the top to try to shoot another plane or whatever. A better place to control the planes is in physics.con
the gun thing im talking about is with bots i really only play with bots humans annoy me with the no teamwork thing lol
what other setting are they using to ignore those basic settings i got the helos flying instead of spinning around with that stuff i also got the vehicles turning better and faster the planes definately turn around faster with the turn radius different and the planes will slow down or speed up so i guess yours is different then mine although i dont see how if you noticed you can catch up to a bot in a plane so obviously they are moving slower
The bots will shoot with all guns blazing if you set it like this under Ai\weapons.con:

When I set a B17 and a Bf109 to the same max speed, the Bf will always overtake the B17 (when both are driven by bots), so something else is overiding the settings (aside from game physics equations). IMO it's more than likely the "Fire" and "Moveto" settings in aibehaviors.con (Game.rfa) If I back off those settings, the bots fly the B-17 like it's supposed to (no big vertical and horizontal swings and they obey the "speed limit").
you ran two different guns on the same pifire setting for both human and ai plus bombs on altfire in a bot server dedicated and joined from another even lan i mean? if you did then im gonna look at my stuff again i must have missed something anyway i agree that the speed wont slow the plane itself down but it did affect the weapons being used or not sorry for the confusion but as i said i turned them down or up depending on the weapon bombs rockets etc
Not on a dedicated server, I just opened a local Multi-player Conquest game on my machine, and it ran fine. Also worked with Co-op and SP.
