I was Just trying to getr some input on whether or not making a deer hunter (bright, bright orange) would be considered fair gameplay. i came up with this after gettin sniped to hell on coral sea when using the flak guns to defent myself then not being able to see the enemy well after getting shot. please give me your input.

I don't know if ppl really would use it? (certainly not campers/snipers!)

Kinda defeats the objects of being a sneaky sniper I suppose.

That's a cheat alright...

Unless it's still skinnish detailed you know. I have a German Afrika Korps skin thing I made and it;s kind of bright orangish event hough it stil had texture...I desaturated it a little bit though.

Roger that, I'm always a scout and my only purpose is to hide and snipe. Scouts cannot really defend themselves in close combat that well. The pistol doesn't pack that much stopping power. So, I would not recommend that, plus in the real war there were snipers and people survived. Just take cover and make sure you know your surroundings. But some snipers will still find you but thats the game, deal with it like the rest of the poor saps i've capped.

lol u'll find lots of clans do it on own servers ;) Quick way to give themselves a small advantage.. Clan i was in for Kingpin made a server default to 2 skins and one team was bright orange ;) it's nothing new to online gaming...

then I say keep it to clan servers or private servers where everyone has the same advantage. Just because Snipers make someone mad isn't a reason to cheat, cmon, I've been playing the game long enough to easily deal with a sniper even without the death-cam on (i.e. OC48 servers) because I know most of the popular sniper positions on maps..and part of the fun, for me at least, is trying to locate them..and when I do spot them, if they don't spot me...they are soon feeling a knife in the back. I like the realism in the game, and seeing little bright orange spots running around would make the game ridiculous. This is just my opinion...but anyone who cares about fun and realism will frown upon a skin like this.

Yeah thats cheating altho there is no way for anyone to find out your using it, unless someone sees your screen shot or something, altho I love the plain engineer rifle, I could care less how many bullets the enemy is shooting, 1 shot 1 kill, sometimes 2 shots, but thats besides the point, lol
