"This is my Second Life." "You only Live Twice, Mr.Bond".
Here it is, a list of a couple of the AXIS (SPECTRE, KGB, Random Madman ETC.) vehicles:
The Dragon Tank From Doctor No (Complete with Flamethrower) Kawasaki/Bell 47G-3 (The Helicopters that tried to take down Little Nellie in YOLT) Eurocopter PAH-2 Tiger (From Goldeneye) Aero L-39 Albatros Z0 (From Start of Tommorow Never Dies) SkyShip 500 (From View To A Kill, the giant Blimp. We'd just need to add some MGs and maybe a cannon)
AND FOR THE ALLIES (M-16, CIA, FBI, Random Heroes...):
These are only the AIRCRAFT: Little Nellie Gyrocopter ("You Only Live twice") Acrostar Mini-Jet (From "Octupussy") Bell Textron Jetpack (Thunderball) Harrier VTOL jet (From no Bond Film in Particular but I think It'd be cool)
Sweet:rock:
O, and we still need more Modelers, Coders, some Genius level designers (Anyone know how to make a hollow volcano?) and also skinners.
dude sounds nice how long have you guys been working on this mod and when will it be out
exciting
hey u said u needed a skinner, im good at texturing and stuff i can skin for u, just gime an email at firstname.lastname@example.org wit subject Game Mods if u need me
We're still in early stages. Haven't even started modeling. But we're starting to pick up pace
If you are using Madbull's BF1942 map editor you would "raise terrain" tool it(size 50) to its highest point. Then "lower terrain" tool it (size 15 or 20) in a small cirle until it hits bottom again. And you have your volcano. Talk to the GI Joe modders about how to get the top to smoke(they did it in their "Volcano Island" map). Unfortunately, no way to make tunnels yet. But that would be nice!
If I knew how to take a screenshot I would post it here If anybody could help me with that, I would appreciate that.
I am also part of the team and i have comprised a list of weapons that need to be modeled and skinned:
ALLIES (MI16/CIA ETC.): Silenced Walther PPK Sterling SMG Delisle .45 Carbine Delisle .45 Carbine w/ Scope Fists (instead of knives) Briefcase Mine 5-Second Bar of Soap Mini Coke-Bottle Rockets AK47 (The US really didn't have a Heavy Machine Gun of its own, except for the BAR and AR-15, but when it found out that Russians had this new weapon, the US took it and improved it in the 50's)
AXIS (KGB/SPECTRE Etc.): Silenced PSM Pistol Fists Soviet SVD Sniper Rifle AK47 (original Russian version) Springfield 1903 (Russia had access to many WW2 era weapons) Hat Mine (Hat like Odd-Job used in Goldfinger) Cylindrical Grenades (Russians didn't use the round ones, most foreign countries used grenades shaped like a can of shaving cream) Walther SMG RPG (there were different versions of it, I'm thinking of the RPG that was silver colored, not the modern Red, Yellow, and Black one)
