Hiya,

Does anybody know if this is normal for Battlecraft to do. The left picture is a chunk of the GuadalCanal map's DDS file, very smooth texture blending, very nice custom work on the tire marks I believe; the shot on the right I tossed a bunch of objects in, threw a big block of sand in the middle to test blending, and rendered with LOW (Not production) shadows.

Notice the huge difference in quality.

Is this normal in battlecraft? Does it blend this harsh? If so, were the maps by EA edited by hand after the initial work?

Thanks,

Jesh

Yeah. Just talked to a couple people in the mapping community and they recommended Editor 42.

Checked it out and like it already.
