ME AND A FEW OTHERS HAVE BEEN POSTING IN THIS FORUM ASKING SIMPLE ADVISE AND IT WOULD SEEM NO ONE KNOWS (WHICH IS HARD TO BELIEVE). OR WE'RE JUST BEING AGNORED

I posted a reply oh a month ago and no one answered it. It would seem that all of you got your noses in the air on the newbie to modding BF. I have been in the modding community for 5 yrs now and have never seen a forum so stuck on themsevles then this one. nuff said.  :p  :deal:

Well I'll be mr dfast,

I have nearly 800 posts here and over three quarters of them are replies to ppl asking for help, so I don't know where you've been looking. Of course I know absolutely nothing about modding and editing so I wouldn't expect to see me there, I don't see any point in replying to ppl when I can't help them. :fistpunch:

1 of 2 things are happening here.

1) People don't know the answer (most often the case) 2) The question is one that would take alot of information to answer which could more easily be found in tutorials already available on several BF editing sites.

Some people put questions like, "How do I mod a map?" Who's gonna answer that? Where do they start?

LMAO :agreed:

Now that I have some attention (ashamed of how he got it)

I have downloaded and installed both the milkshape and rexmans scripts/plugins

useing the rfa extractor i have extracted all files necessary to a different folder D:/Battlefield_1942_ CE

Now i have edited the Main.sm to reflect this path.

Now i have had this for about a month and to this day have yet to be able to import a thing not even collision meshes. In both 3dsmax 4.2 or using the milkshape plugin.

Im not wanting to steal anyones work or anything like that. I just need some kind of reference models to do my own. so a know size, scale and how the tracks are working, and all that. I've been working with 3ds max from 96' and have a really good working knowledge on maxscripting and for the life of me I cant get this script to work.

Any help would be much appreciated. I sure wish Raxman would have drawn up some type of tut on how to use it.

Thanks in advance.
