Uhhh, wonder if you guys noticed, but this is just a little weird. Every nation in the game speaks pretty much its distinctive language, i know French and Russian and i'm pretty sure the Prussians speak German. But, uh....what the hell do the British speak? I mean, that doesnt sound like English to me. And it gets kinda weird when my British peasants said things like "Reicht" and "Hail", so um, i'm just wondering: What?

It's a mangle of older Englishes. English has changed so much over the past few hundred years that a guy from AD1000 would be completely un-understandable to us. Things like silent letters and such are really only quite modern things, that's where you get "Richt" from.

I speaking english and french can tell you that most of what the french villies say is in modern french(a wierd accent, but the words are the same as today) yet, like english and most likely all the other languages in the world, they changed alot over time.So this"reicht" is strange indeed.....
