You need the new x editor 2 or 3 which you can download from here: http://aom.heavengames.com/downloads/showfile.php?fileid=3320&ci=09986f8527a18edce7dc6842c8468848ccUex7S2cWfSzX+P8ZFXAtYHK3pViwVg2XTkt05YKh39bEnRpoKwzYTnRwKPH8HTIBhtkOWLJRsn5p4FxIgEjI7NuJQoXvgO6eNk6w8dYN+c30xw2cnsCoyTPNMwNWlBniSLJy4cG8YhXgKWBw== Then go into the editor and click 'move object'. A new window will appear in the bottom. with buttons that allow you to tilt objects. This requires the titans expansion though.

Using triggers. There is no simple answer to this question because cinematics are so involved. Your best option would be to have a look at a couple of guide on cinematics. Some good ones can be found on AOMHeaven. The basis of a cinematic however is a trigger turning cinematic mode on, some dialog, camera tracks or cuts, unit animations, and another trigger turning cinematic mode off.
