I didn't make it!
I am a kinda new to the Ao3, still I've played Ao2 and AoM...so it's not much a a huge change for me. Yet, I'm having a very disturbing problem to create my own Scenario.
Explanation: I make my map, set the player's civilization, put a forum, put an explorer, resources....and then i try to launch the map , using "test the scenario"... It just doesn't work! The allied and enemy villagers stay in line like the AI was just mentally retarded...I need help for "activating" the computer-controlled players...
Another problem: what is the name and where do you find it: the trading post! I mean the base, the place where you can build one during hte game. I can't find either the local inhabitants trading post, or the trading post the you put next to the trading path...Help!
Thx very much for any help of yours

this is something that I cannot fully explain in a single paragraph. In AoE3, you have to load an AI script to get the AI to do more than simply sit around. If you are extremely experienced with AoE3 AI scripting, then you can create your own script. Since you are still new to AoE3, this is what you will need to do: 1. Set the AI players to be computer players (you've probably already done this) in the "Scenario" section of the "Player Data" dropdown menu. 2. From the same section, set AI to "AILoadStandard" 3. You would then need to place the “AI Start” object (from the Object Menu) next to the computer’s town center. Hope this helps.
