:smack: I hate faulty mods such as the Star Trek Vs. Star Wars demo:mad: (no offense). I borrowed the A2 disk from my cousin in Pennsylvania, 400 miles away from me. is there any way i can uninstall the mod without uninstalling A2? :wtm:

Well, technicially it should be possible to do but I doubt anybody has ever tried.

Why don't you just install a new mod like SWFC over the top of STvSW? SWFC works way better than STvSW and IMO is a lot more fun.

I dont think so as you will have overwritten many key files.

However, for the future its worth noting that Armada can be copied to new directories and you can have many versions installed and play them all without any worry (ie: no registry entires that lock the game install location etc).

Its a bit late, but i have to say: BACKUP BACKUP BACKUP!!!!

Afraid you will have to somehow get another copy of the install.

Lastly, yup, there are some faulty mods out there... its worth noting the one you installed has the word DEMO in its title. Hmmm.... could be something here.. ;-)

I am always worried about my son deciding to play with my original CDs. However, with Armada i keep at all times a 1.0 and 1.1 base installation on my computer and then copy whichever i need to a new directory when i need to install a new mod.

Perhaps you can tell us what the problem is? Maybe we could get it working for you?
