remember this game was made in 2001, and it was designed to be packaged on ONE CD, and yeah they probably had some time limit on they're work, no what is the real disapointment is the lack of scource code. See e can emporve every model, but we can't improve the game's programming. Dontai is right it's the game play that makes it sweet.

And? They had the tools back then to make the game what it is today, well, perhaps not as good, but they had the tools to make it better.

But instead they came up with a game that could be played on the majority of the PC's instead of the top 1%. There are still people playing A2 using computers that are very close to the minimum requirements today!

What they really did was focus on the gameplay, and I am glad they did because if they had of just spent the entire time on graphics then the game would be like Legacy and we wouldn't be having this discussion now because A2 would be as dead as games like Klingon Academy.
