I have a problem that if I install 1 mod and then an other the first one is gone (spacedock and cloakable build ship) but then I installed a mod that changes th clony ship and I have that with 1 of the other one the i judt spoke aout at the top:uhoh:

and how can i have 2 mods on one ship/station (warp for build ship + cloak)

did the ships' odfs have the same names as the original?
and did you replace the fyard odf file?
Did you install the mods yourself or did they have self-installers??
If this was the case then it is likely that the second mod overwrote files needed by the first one!!
To avoid this, you are better off to install them manually!! Westworlds Big Book of Modding is a great help if you are unsure how to do this!! :D

if yiu mean that the mods had the same name to overwrite then yes it asked or the build ship "overwrite?" and i pressed "yes to all"
So they had the same name but the star base is a New station (did not come with the game brand new!)

I know that I pressed for the coak ship YES TO ALL but th starbse in a new thing so it did not ask for an overwrite.

no I did not use a self installing program I installed them manually
IF I CAN I USE A SELF-INSTALLER or els i INSTALL THEM MANUALLY (I LOOK AT THE README)
do the cloaking construction ships have different names fromthe originals?
for that matter do any of them have different odf names? because if they do then when you replace a techtree file then they wouldn't work.
