wen i host a server it doesnt appear on the server list according to other players how do i fix this
Stop using a router. Turn off your firewalls. Restart the server.

ok .. plug your pc directly into your modem ... See if you can post a server then .... If not, then you still have somethign blocking communication... AVP2 is one of the easiest games out to host for.
my wireless hub has a WEP Security key installed on it could that be the problem
well technically ... that wouldn't make it a hub it would make it a router ... but hey .... it means you have to forward ports ...
