I have a little story i´d like to tell. On sharqi peninsula, a new round had just begun. Our hero (me) runs and takes a chopper and waits a bit until he has a gunner. And right when hes about to take off comes the devil, with a shiny new sniper in hand. He aims and fires at me, through the glass comes ,faster than a buggy downhill, a bullet. Our hero violently dies with his brains all over the cockpit. The devil enters the chopper (not without first saying "lol" and calling me "n00b"), gets a little feel for the controls and tries to use it as a drilling machine ("theres gotta be a reason for those blades to be there" he thought). Our heros ayer magically appear 15 seconds later to avenge his fathers slayer, and he had a brilliant plan aswell. He simply waited for the devil to show up and with a simple spell he summoned a new helicopter. "Go on and take it" the ayer said to the devil. The devil jumped into the copter to see if it might be possible to ram buildings. And so the ayer pulled out his remote control and the instant before the devil hit the wall, the ayer pressed the button, gave up a sinister laugh, and disconnected. The End
You and your tking friend are the embodiment of all things wrong with this game.
What an awful story.
Dude...get a life and dont TK, ur TKer..
that is horrible... both of you should be ashamed :bawl:
i kinda know the feeling. on dalian plant i was taking off in a jet and some ahole tked me with the aa station. i didnt say anything and respawned and got another jet and he did the same thing. he said he was sorry both times (and he had tked like 5 people on the ship) but he obviously wasnt going to stop so i switched from engineer to spec ops (something im ashamed to admit) and waited for the jet to respawn. when it did i planted c4 on the turret and blew the shit out of him. too bad that was my first tk in several days.
In a way it is shameful, but in another way I don't blame people for want to get revenge. The desire to punish those that have wronged you is part of human nature. Should you be bigger than that!? Sure you should. Not that I agree with such behavior, but I for one can understand that the urge to get revenge is very hard to resist sometimes, depending on just how ticked off the TK'er made you at the time. I used to play on the WOLF Forgotten Hope(BF1942 mod) server that was admin'd very very well. Revenge was not allowed. But admins would deal with blatant TK'ers by banning them, and I'm not talking about just a 5 or 10 minute ban. I'm talking for days/weeks, or even permanent banning if they did not change their behavior. Very satisfying imo. Although I realize human nature and emotions are strong, when it comes down to it you should resist the urge and not TK out of revenge. If you do you are just stooping to their level, and it's a very low level indeed.
Heh, that chopper on Sharqi Peninsula can cause problems. Yesterday, infact, I just spawned and was making my way for the chopper. Two other guys were coming behind me, and the last one in line shot the middle guy in the back, just so he could have a seat. I was a medic, and I revived thje first guy, who immediately shot the other in the head with his pistol. I thought about reviving him, too, but then remembered that he was an asshole. So the chopper spawned, and we were on our merry way.
May not be a chopper story but one time I jumped into an APC and some guy ran infront of it. I told him to move and he said "I cant! THeres some glitch and im stuck to the front of the APC!" I told him "Move a**hole" he said "I CANT!" So i backedup and lo and behold about 1 second after backing up he ran directly into the front of it. THen to my utter glee someone shot him :D
pretty funny story, allthough it's a load of crap the way you tell it quite cool avenge you're fathers death, lol I didnt even realize you guys where on the same team, who would do such a thing?
