forgalffirst of all i did not find any bugs in SF. and also it is very fun

yes well ... i have had BF2 since it came out. And i didn't have a third of the problems other people have had. It doesn't mean they haven't had them or will not have them.

I think the special forces will also be worth getting for the new unlocks for the unfair advantage of playing normal bf with the new weapons.Nice move on EA`s behalf like.

i think it sucks that people can play with SF unlocks in regular BF2. horrible idea ruins the essence of the original game. they didnt make it so you could run around with a sten or a shotgun in bf1942 jus cuz u had secret weapons. I say let them be seperate of eachother. seriously when has your average enlisted man in the marines ever run around with flashbangs.... not very often. i almost refuse to play bf2 now because of the integration of the 2.

well, EA may be a mean, greedy, hateful bunch of people, but they have given us a lot of good games though. like BF 1942, CnC Generals, you name it.. They might be ripping us off now with the new expansion, but i dont care. They know how to take a great game and make it even better

Well I bought it and played a few maps last night and it's great. Just adds more to the original game, for 17 ukp cant go wrong. I also appreciate why it's an expansion. Like the developers said it was too much too get out all in one go, and as such is an expansion pack, where costs have to be met. I'm sure they aint going to all retire on the proceeds of BF2SF. Anyway, it plays well, adds some good ground battle scenes to BF2. Slim

I didn't know you could play with SF unlocks in normal BF2, that's pretty crappy idea. I agree with you.

The problem was all this was listed for the original go. Someone decided they could make more money on releasing x amount in an expansion. All this could have been done if they released the tools to the public that is why they didn't, they want to get you to buy it.

so all but the most minor of work was already done. So tbh , they are going to make more cash/profit on the sale of the expansion than they would have the sale of BF2 itself.

I think that more poeple would play games like Battlefield if the game developers had any say in the deadline. Or perhaps have Blizzard or someone else take over EA Games(for PC, I don't care about the consoles)

well as i said. They had the game done. Everything was done. Just needed testing. They say " we want it by BLAH " and the programmers say " ok we can do that but you won't have BLAH" so then it comes back " well how about if you BLAH BLAH and gave us BLAH for this date" . It really sucks. The game was done. Testing wasn't, but the game was done. money ... the all encompassing issue. lol

Yup. That is the reason I loathe EA. I will buy the Battlefield games, but I won't assist them any other way. At least when Blizzard or Bioware or Sierra make a game, it starts off good, and they BETA test the damn thing...
