Sucks getting arty'ed while seeking cover in a building, but I've noticed a few things: when I'm close to a window or doorway or in any of the buildings under construction, it seems I'll get killed via arty moreso than when I am in a more remote location inside a building not near any windows or doors. Is this always the case? Nope, but it seems to happen more often near points of egress and it only makes sense (think: shrapnel and concussive blast). Funniest part about -=K=-Sniper's posts is his age. Since the age of phone-phreaking, I've only seen 1337-speak written by younger gamers. This has to be the first time I've seen it so abusively written by someone who's almost 30. Then again, the age listed might not be accurate. I, for one, don't mind it. More silly than anything else.
I find |337 speak to be annoying in posts and unnecessary. Said it before. If you can't put your point across in something close to an understandable language for the rest of the people then you shouldn't post. Yes alot of the " young" gamers do it. But the case is this, the gamers that do do it were young once. That may not be his true age, this is true, but he could at least be respectful.
Tangent: Merrick, don't let it get under your skin too much, though I tend to agree with you on this. Just realize your posts come across as intelligent, thought out, and together as opposed to the unintelligible nonsense that a lot of folks are apt to do. I swear: some folks just ball up their fists and slam the keyboard and expect others to understand their point (I don't mean just here, but in any forum). People have forgotten how to spell or have even a rudimentary sense of decent grammar. I can excuse ESL folks, but not native English speakers. I guess the reason I say it doesn't bug me so much is that I'm used to it by now, which doesn't excuse it IMHO. I normally just ignore the 1337.

I generally use it only as a joke, I don't see any reason to use 3 or 4 over E or A...
