If you're in a server with mature people, theres a lot of teamwork involved. The only reason some squads are scattered is because the leader doesn't have a microphone. It pisses me off when the whole server doesn't even know a squad system exists though.

I think good teamwork will dominate if the other team is NOT using any. BUt there seem to be plenty of servers that well be full (ie 16vs16) and not a single person is in a squad and there is no coordination what so ever. But I've been in servers where entire teams work together as they should, and victory comes easy to those teams. It all depends on the server and mor so on the players in that server. I don't think it really takes a clan, but they do tend to more willing to do their share in a team. IMO :tommygun: :aug:

yesterday, the commander gave us all the heads up as to when he started artillery strikes. The squadleader didnt know much lol so he got blown up. Sure, there are a lot stuff to consiser when you're squad leader, but he should know how to use his "abilities"

the last few games i play, i was in squads were the leader would use voice chat and work together
