I don't spend enough time here

i thought i re-install OPK only to fine a load of empty servers!! Does this mean that no one plays it or have my install gone a bit pants
I know how you feel. I just re-purchased the Complete edition after having misplaced my original DVD years back. Now I find that aside from the stock maps in the game, you can find nobody on:
Armored Fury Xpack Euro Force Xpack Desert Conflict Special Forces expansion Forgotten Hope 2 etc..
Sad to because I can still load up Call of Duty UO, which is even older and find tons of servers playing new material. Do people just not know about mods and such? Are the bleeping ranks that important? At this point, they should just release these **** xpack maps for free, as this was a waste. What is the point of having online only maps when you can't play them online...
I didn't make it!
I "played" operation peacekeeper before I found Project Reality, Project Reality : Battlefield 2 Mod
I was looking for something different and remembered this mod. Well, turns out they released version 0.25 recently. I must say, it's a lot of fun! In the European evenings there are about 60-80 players. I think many people simply do not know it exists.
Serbian voices need a bit of work, but I guess it's already an achievement since it's not a language many people speak. What really struck me are the maps, outstanding work there...
Most people also join squads wich is nice. Give it a go!
I also noticed Battlegroup Frontlines, wich is Eastern Front WWII. Alas, virtually no online players there. Maybe FH2 should contact them :naughty:
