I know that most of the ppl who fly jets use a joystick. Probably over half of them use Force Feedback ones.

Is there anyway that ea can put force feedback in the bf2 game

That would be pretty awesome with feedback effects :naughty: :naughty: :naughty:

I much prefer using a good joystick. As in one with rudder (twist) and lots of buttons.

I have mine set up with the view controls on the hat switch (chase, cockpit, etc...) and the map on/off/zoom and eject and parachute on the base buttons. My hands don't have to leave the controls while flying.

Force feedback would be a real treat, I wonder why Dice never incorporated it. I seriously doubt it would cause lag or anything detrimental to the game.

Anyone know why not ???

When in doubt, gas it!

Meh, force feedback isn't important to me. I want a Saitek X52!

I had a Saitek once, for playing WW2 Fighters, a nice little game by Jane's.

I got a Microsoft Sidewinder Precision Pro 1 (had it for 6 years now) and Im thinking of upgrading to an X45 because its getting that I have to calibrate my joystick daily now...

The only stuff I programmed were the throttle and 3 other axis, first trigger guns, 2nd trigger missiles/bombs, 3rd button afterburner and 4th button flares...
