I seriously don't have too much of a problem with the game as it is, besides the fact that the realism sucks. The only things that we need in this game, to make it stand out from the rest, is the realistic game play. I’m talking about hits to the body (as we discussed before), hits to vehicles, and balance of weapons. Well that’s kind of asking allot, but the major thing I want is the different areas on body/vehicle that are more vulnerable than to the other parts of the structure. I could care less if a rocket does less damage than c4, as long as both can get the job done. If I hit someone in the chest with a sniper rifle, I want him to at least stumble a little, disabling him from firing a weapon, walking around correctly, or driving a vehicle. If I shoot someone with an m4 in the chest once, I plan him to stumble a little, and lose about 2 - 3 seconds of reacting to the enemy fire. Once he has recovered from the shot, he should start to slowly bleed. Now I know these are a little complicated for Bf2, but just that would make all the difference in the world. Some of the options aren't too hard though, like disabling someone from shooting/walking if they get shot with a 50 cal to any part of the body. These are the things that really need to be fixed, how about we stop complaining about Anti-Air weapons, and helo damage when hit by a missile, and concentrate on the infantry part. Let’s rule out the vehicles for once, and work on something one by one, then have a barrage of things thrown at EA/Dice to fix. Let’s make them know, we want some priority to the fixes. Like We want this fixed and this fixed, but what we really want out of those 2 are the first one, the second one can wait. Unless they can both be done. I really want Americas Army styled gamely to be implemented. Right now, if that was done, we could have a totally different game all together. It changes the game play that much.

Realism in a game can be done almost perfectly... but it would take a large amount of good programmers, a large budget, and a lot of time..

and there would be a lot of bugs.. and not to mention half the people out there wouldnt beable to run it due to the lower end systems..

Your walking outside, a bullet zips by and hits you in the shoulder, you stumble to the ground, you cant shoot when you stumble, you slowly get back up, you pull your rifle out with worse aiming capabilities, whe you fire the gun the recoil is Even worse then before due to lack of strength because you got shot. you Start to bleed tremendously and you need a medic right a way, a medic attends, and your gun goes away as the medic spends about 40 seconds game time wrapping your shoulder up..

All the coding and animations required to do this would be tremendous.. the File size of the game would be LARGE, talkin about 10 gigs here.. "guessing"

But it CAN be done.. but for it to be done.. probably wont happen for quite some time..

That would get rid of alot of the younger players because they dont wanna wait to get healed or anything they just wanna hop around shooting people. But if bf2 had that realism this game would be best game for years to come

Well I mean Look at the Call of duty, AWE mod. It implemented things like, bleeding and whatnot. It wasn't a huge mod either, I mean, even the bleeding thing alone would be good enough to satisfy me. If I shot someone in the chest with a 50 cal sniper, and waited a few seconds for him to bleed to death, that would be fine. Its not too much to ask for.

Try project reality for a hint of realism. Theres bleeding, greater damage frm weps. (For instance any gun a pointblank range will kill frm hedshot), no crosshair (so either use ironsight or direct cone of fire over enemy) and lots of other touches which makes it both more annoyin, yet so much better and intense than vanila bf2 at the same time
