What is up with the models bleeding DUST?! Seriously. It's hard enough to know if you hit someone, but if they bleed dust it looks like a miss! Would it have killed the folks at Dice to add a gore switch?
If they colored it red, or added the option to do so, the rating of the game would have prevented millions of kiddies with cash in their pockets from donating to EA's cause.
When in doubt, gas it!
*Sigh* I hate EA. If the kiddies aren't allowed to see blood, why are their parents letting them play a game like this anyway.
b/c its not bloody :rolleyes:. but what i dont understand is BFV has a lil bit of blood come out when u shoot them
Meh i dunno. Probably like said they wanted to keep the game as safe for the kids as possible. I mean did anyone read the manual? Well i did instead of it saying "When your timer runs out your dead" it says "If a medic does not get to you before your timer runs out then thats one less ticket for your team"
Its just a balance between companies and ESRB. COmpanies try to push as far as possible but hold other things back to give them more leeway. Hell SCCT got Rated M for blood. And you know what their so called "blood" was practically impossible to see like shooting someone caused like a single drop to come out and there was no bullet wound what soever. You couldnt make a single scratch on people!
Thats why EA did that is to prevent blood from entering the scene and bringing the rating up.
Damn you EA! You ruin EVERYTHING. I remember hearing that they underpay their employees too...
I thought it was pretty stupid as well, but I have gotten used to it.
I have wrote to ea manny times and asked them to bring blood in bf2 in a patch but they dont want to get bk to me or they say no because of kids playing the game. i say we all email ea and get them p***ed off and hopefully they will just do it.
I wish they had red come out as well. Its not AS realistic with dust coming out and im just used to blood. Of course they definitly wouldnt have sold as many copies because it would have been rated M, but maybe it would have been for the better. The funny thing is: my dad wouldnt let my sister buy the game because of the violence, but since there was no blood, he let her.
It would have been better if you dad HADN'T let her buy the game, less women drivers. Lol.
