I was flipping through the unlocks today and I noticed that in the medic column there was the G36 with the little locked symbol on it. Does this mean the medic can use the G36!?
jep with special forces
yes he can if u get sf its the g36k or e
G36E and it only does single or burst mode so essentially its just a new M16.

What a great medic weapon the G36E is too. I have had hundreds of kills with it so far.
Agreed Crow, this is a great weapon. If you know how to properly aim the 3 shot burst mode you can really pile up some bodies. The G36E/K owns the m16, it's 10x more accurate and the kick on the weapon is very low, which makes for easy re-aligning of the target after each burst of fire. That is really what makes all the difference is the kick of the rifle, that's why i almost always use the 36 family now (except when i'm toobing with the F2000). It's so much better than the L85A1 it bring tears to my eyes...

The L85A1 has had too much bad press. It is an acceptable weapon. I agree with you about the kickback on the G36E this is what makes the weapon. I hear people comment "its got no auto". Automatic is a setting rarely used in the armed forces as you can not hit anything with a weapon on full auto unless it is mounted. If i use a weapon on full auto then i would still use the setting to burst fire.

interesting you say that, i've had pretty much the opposite experience,
oh well, guess i'll have to use it a bit more!!
ben,
I just accidently bought the G36C, how do you get the E?
you must have the BF2:SF expansion pack and you need to have already unlocked the L85A1
