I was playing in a server awhile ago and i noticed the ground was all discolored. It's only happened once. Any idea what might have caused it? I attached some pictures.

Sometime detail level additions like sandbags boxes will lose their textures but that is very rare.

My specs are 3.0 P4 HT 2 Gig Corsair XMS Series Memory Nvidia 6800 GT - latest drivers two 80 gig HD on Raid 0 Audigy 2z Platinum sound card - latest drivers WinXP Pro Service Pack 2

It's only happened once, I think I might of had my memory overclocked but I don't usually do that, sometimes I mess around with stuff. Interesting how it's not the whole ground and when i moved around it would sort of move with me.

The discouloring could be artifacts caused by overclocking, I have never seen it happen, but i have seen the odd black walls and stuf but then I only have a old vidcard.

Not really related to your problem... but last night I was commander in Karkand, and every time I called for arty, there would appear a long thin red column-glitch-thing over the place I called arty onto. Went straight up and faded into the clouds. Weird... only happened that round and never saw it afterwards. Anyone see anything like that?

It looks like your video card is overheating. I got the same thing is COD when I OC'ed my 9000pro 100mzh on the memory and 30mhz on the core.
