Is there a way to get the BattleRecorder in BF2 to record a COOP game? If not, is there a good program that does the same thing that you anyone would recomend which I can find on google?
Thanks:)
Ok, thanks :)
Yep, Fraps is a good recorder. Like mentioned above it only allows you to record for 30 second. What you can do is create a whole bunch of videos that are 30 seconds long and combine them together on Windows Media Maker.
Do you mean Windows Movie Maker?
Yep, Windows Movie Maker. Sorry about the mistake.
Another one is gamecam its free version will record all you want but with no sound.
Ok thanks, I'll vheak that one out. :)

Are you asking for an alternative to BattleRecorder or asking how to start recording using BattleRecorder?
Well just in case you wanted to know how to record with BattleRecorder, I'll tell you how.
Ok, in your own multiplayer server or game or whatever, you can bring the console up with the (~) key then type "demo.recorddemo " to start recording, then "demo.stoprecording" to stop it.
(But of course leave out all those marks ( " < > ~ )
To watch your video you must go to Battlefield 2 folder\mods\bf2\demos\
and copy the video(s) you want and then paste them in:
My documents\Battlefield 2\profiles\default\demos\
Then you can start BF2 then go to community > BattleRecorder
Then select the video that you want to watch and click play.
Well even if you didn't need that info, atleast I can save this in notepad for the next person that needs it :p
Oh..That's how you do it!! Thanks! I didn't know that :)
