taitea will say "when its done"

Sure would have been nice if they took that approach before releasing, sure would have saved a lot of headaches dealing with this bugfest of a game.

And as for these "Booster packs", it will be a cold day in hell before I ever give EA any more of my money. Instead of trying to suck more money out of the userbase, they should instead be making up for releasing the game way too early. What angers me is some of the issues are still not fixed, yet they went ahead and managed to release an addon already.

I surely wish Infinity/Activision (Call of Duty) would have done this game to the same quality as COD.

I still say that they should instead take these expansion packs and make them free content added in patches to attract people to just buy BF2 vanilla. Probably would make em more money and make the community "GMO THEY GIVES US TEH 1337ZORZ UPDATES"

the so called "Booster packs" aren't gonna boost a shit... Or perhaps, shit, as the only thing. It's just a new money sucker, and if you've seen the screenshots or trailer... something, forgot what I saw, you will know that it's mostly the same. Some new player models, and that's about it... The gusn are the same, the tanks are the same... Why go waste 10 bucks on a new player model?

Well this thread has gone from The "Patch" to bashing booster packs. And well I will just say my peace. When they announced that there were going to be “booster” packs, I just laughed. Like someone above me said, “money sucker” and I have to agree. I do no play on buying these, seeing as all they are, are a new player model and another BF2 box (unless you buy offline from EA). That is simply all they are and nothing more.

The only problem I feel with expansion packs, are if you begin to play them, you do not go back to the original. Or if you play the original (in my case) too much, you do not want to go and play the expansion packs. How much different are expansion packs to the original?? I suggest you ask your self before buying it.

Nice ending on the booster bashing  To get back on topic, just the same as with Special Forces there will be a patch after the booster pack. I assume a few days after the pack to fix any new bugs that may appear.
