The difference is mainly the key positions of the unlocks. In the Unlocks123 mod the unlocks use keys 1, 2, and 3. In the Unlocks678 mod the unlocks use keys 6, 7, and 8. Also the Unlocks678 mod does not have the wrench or defribillator but the Unlocks123 mod does. FileFront is down again so I can't upload and attach the kit descriptions. The reason why I posted this here is because on Page 1 of this thread someone references my original FFOLKES Unlocks and it is not compatible with the 1.4 patch. In addition, because FileFront is down for maintenance (seems like forever) I can not remove the download file. I will create a new post as soon as the beta testing is complete on the new v1.4 Unlock mods.

Get a new post up now. Cause people don't know to get to this thread to download your mod mate. Wouldn't you rather people seeing it out front ? to download and test it ? would be better to post up your own thread please, this way we can get it properly tested.

heres is a way to do it. WARNING: this messes with important files and make not allow you to play online: This will show you how to access the extra weapons: Open this directory "C:\Program Files\EA GAMES\Battlefield 2\mods\bf2" Make a back up of "Objects_Client.Zip" file so that you dont have to reinstall the game if there is a mistake. Use WinRAR to open the "Objects_Client.Zip" file. (I used WinRAR, but WinAce or WinZip should work aswell). Open the "Kits" Folder, then the "US" Folder. Extract the "US_Assault.con" file. Open the properties of the extracted file and remove the read only tick. Open the file in Notepad and find this section: ObjectTemplate.create ItemContainer UnlockUSAssault ObjectTemplate.addTemplate usrif_G3A3 <-(this is the gun that will replace the M16) ObjectTemplate.replaceItem usrif_m203 Objecttemplate.addTemplate ushgr_m67 ObjectTemplate.replaceItem usrgl_m203 ObjectTemplate.unlockLevel 1

Next scroll up the file and find this section: rem ------------------------------------- ObjectTemplate.addTemplate USRIF_m203 <-(Replace the m203 to G3A3) ObjectTemplate.addTemplate USRGL_m203 ObjectTemplate.addTemplate USPIS_92FS ObjectTemplate.addTemplate hgr_smoke ObjectTemplate.addTemplate kni_knife ObjectTemplate.addTemplate UnlockUSAssault ObjectTemplate.addTemplate UnlockUSAssault2 ObjectTemplate.addTemplate ParachuteLauncher rem ------------------------------------- (or change USRIF_m203 with sasrif_fn2000)(not tested) Save the file. Go back to WinRAR and add the changed file back where is was. Test the game now to make sure it works before moving on.

Repeat this process for the sniper spec ops etc. details to follow. The London-based Syrian Observatory for Human Rights said four people were killed when security forces opened fire on protesters in the northeastern city of Deir Ezzor, as demonstrators gathered in the city's Freedom Square. The group, citing an account from a doctor in the city, said 10 people were also wounded, some of them critically. The state-run Syrian Arab News Agency published a report saying that "veiled armed groups on Thursday tried to put up barriers on roads in Deir Ezzor province." "The armed groups also forced shop owners to close their shops in the city, terrified families, threatened citizens and destroyed some stores whose owners refused to respond to their demands."
