did anyone see the movie adaptation of House of The Dead ? that is by far, the worst "horror" movie i've ever seen.I made the mistake by actually seeing that movie in the theater.but all was not lost.I walked out 20 minutes into the movie and politely asked for my money back. anyone else's thoughts on the movie ?

I have not seen it, but I was told a number of times it was very very stupid. Glad that I did not, I never heard a single good thing about it

Eek. If it's worse than 28 Days Later, I'm having an aneurism.

dont even bother. wait for a couple years when the dvd will find its way into the $3 bin at your local video store and then consider seeing it. 28 days later....i had mixed feelings about that movie myself.it had a decent story/concept but there were elements to it that i thought didnt click. looking very forward to resident evil:apocalypse coming out in the fall though.it looks like that will atleast be worth seeing in the theater..

28 Days Later had what you might consider a decent story/concept because it was ripped directly from about a hundred other apocalyptic movies and books. It's a singularly abysmal movie with absolutely no good points.

Can you honestly form an opinion of the film if you walked out after 20 minutes? Yeah, some films can start off bad but you never know, it could have turned out alright :p

sure you can.I made my opinion of the movie and made the decision to leave 20 minutes after it first started based on the following :

>the acting talent sucked >the storyline to the movies adaptation held nothing close to the game's original storyline. >the dialogue was just stupid.

I watched all of house of the dead, and can confirm it is the worst movie of all time. It does have a rather large "breast count" though, in a feeble attempt to make it better. It doesn't however follow the games as it's a prequel, one the main characters is the main bad guy in the games. Curien... The two main guys from HOTD 1 turn up at the end aswell. (If ur a fan of the games don't think the two things i mentioned above make it any better... it's utter tosh) p.s 28 Days later is pretty good (not great). If you are expecting a mindless horror flick ur watching the wrong movie.
