Now that is how you end a show. I know it just started for you Kev, so I won't go into it just yet.
- So that's who has been stalking Takers girl!
- Good lord what a last match!
- The bumps in that last match! Spike!! Devon and Jericho!
- WOO! Tajiri fights again! AND takes a brutal shot!
'Tis a good time for wrestling!

did you know the stunner on molly holly was edited out in canada...sux for them...I thought that was beautiful..
also...I was somehow entertained by Alberts match yet again...this bothers me because I never really liked albert...
How many ppl do you think the WWF has working for them (in the video editing department). I think they do such a fantastic job of telling the story and hyping up the pay-per views. These guys must be paid a ton because they do it so quickly...They already have footage of what happened on RAW on Smackdown! (before the show officially starts) But its not just footage..they put all types of effects in there...mixed in some audio commentary, actually telling the story..
I wanna do that someday...

Great Raw...they've really been getting better and better lately. I think the direction Austin's character is headed is great, and the new blood is getting pushed really well. This is like, the polar opposite of WCW's last couple of years. Plus, DDP...great surprise!
I was disappointed to see Tajiri lose, but I like the fact that they narrowed it down to the Edge/Christian/Angle/Rhyno "stable." That makes things interesting.
As for the editors working on this show, it's really not too bad - they're probably working at broadcast resolution, so they digitize the media and edit...there's no online edit involved, they probably just lay it onto Digibeta or even Beta-SP and broadcast it from the truck. That, or they could even be playing it back off the editing system...I don't know if they're using Avid, Discreet or what, but it's not too tough. Plus, they have super-talented promo editors there, so the guys know what they're doing. Plus, I'm sure they have a few dedicated compositors, too.
It's not the kind of editing I want to do, per se, but I definitely love watching the stuff!

Looks like they're trying to get Austin to be a popular heel like HHH. I hope they keep with the psycho direction for him. I'm glad to see he's starting to give out more stunners again. Actually, I was hoping he would come out and give DDP a stunner, start talking trash then leave. That's the Austin I like. He does it to the good guys and the bad guys for no reason. They need to make him more intimidating. Like wrestlers don't want to fight him because he's so dominant. When he comes down to the ring with that psycho look on his face, it's killer.
George 3:16 says "I just reviewed your movie!"
When Austin gave Vince that hug last week...oh my god that face was strait out of The Shining. Who else can sell that? Man it was classic. I love Stone Cold right now. He's never been crazier. Also, you have to give him credit for taking those suplexes that Benoit keeps dishing out...never thought I would see him take hits like this since his neck injury. Speaking of which, Benoit gave Buhbuh a german suplex and it looked like he jumped to high because Buhbuh damn near landed on top of his neck.
Right when they annonced Tajiri fighting Rhyno, I knew at once Rhyno was going to win. But none the less, it was a great fight. When was the last time you saw a gore stopped by a kick to the face (sold really well might I add). And the gore in mid air! Now that was a bump! Tajiri is giving us moves we havn't seen in a loooooooooooooong time (plus Rhyno can sell them which is great).
For 2 weeks the WWF has given great final matches. This Raw there were tables! They do some awesome mic work around the ring...the sound the table made when Devon and Jericho went through it was great...it exploded! How awesome was Austin throwing Spike through the table? It [i]fit[i/] into their story! Austin is so sick of the crap Spike is giving him he just picks him up and throws him over the top and through a table. And then the kick ass double submission by Jerico and Benoit. I hope they give it a name. (I just noticed this week that Jericho has a new entrance vid).
You know, ECW folding is one of the best things to happen to WWF! Paul Heyman is doing some kick ass booking. It has been a long time since I have enjoyed wrestling this much. Anyone else surprised by the push that Spike is getting? I mean he's doing one on ones with Austin! And where the hell is Jerry Lynn? He kicks ass too.
