Trust me, Mihail, you're better off having not seen 28 Days. After the first 10 or so minutes, the only good part is when you've had enough and switched it off so you can engage in a more pleasant pasttime, like gouging your eyes out.

I'm going to try my best not to get too involved in this discussion. i could speak forever about resident evil. it is one of my favourite horror franchises.

:agreed I think both movies are crappy, but "28 Days Later" isn't worth the time to watch it. After a Virus-outbrake nearly the whole poulation of England (don't know what happend to the rest of the World...?) was infected and turned into zombie-like (but fast running) freaks. The story couldn't be more unimaginative... Not to forget the military-outpost-survivors, where the Soldiers turned into rapers and delinquents within this 28 days. This movie is neither intelligent nor popcorn-movie, just crap...

This can hardly be a critisism of the film, as it's based in the UK, and all broadcast signals are down, apart from the very faint radio ones. We're hardley gonna hear news about whats happening elsewhere. As for all the big american "the world is gonna be destoryed" films, in which america finds the problem, america solves the problem and america has a big party. Where is the rest of the world in these films? They don't even have the excuse of broadcast signals being down. As for ur comments about the soldiers. It's hardley the time period that has driven them netal. It's the fact that they have lost everything, and the world they knew is no more. Enough to drive most people insane i'd guess. Plus they have convinced themselves that they are preserving the human race, by using her for pro-creation.

So what? It's still one of the worst films of all time, you can't justify it.

I wasn't particularly defending the film, but he can't justify it being bad with the points he made. touche' p.s How can you state it as being one of the worst films ever made with all the crappy teen comedys, and trashy mindless horror flicks coming out of the states. Fair enough 28 days later isn't great... But one of the worst films ever? No way!

I'm not defending Hollywoods crappy end time movies. I nearly hate all of them (well, except Mad Max ofcourse). But i would never recomment "28 days later" to anybody who wants to watch a zombie-movie. And i highly doubt that soldiers turn into rapers within only 28 days. I respect your opinion about finding that movie "not bad", but imo it's really poor...

Those trashy teen "comedies" tend to have at least one good aspect, even if it's just breasts (and it usually is). 28 Days doesn't even have a breast-factor, and the lead must have escaped from that animal testing lab, because he's plainly a monkey.
