Covin Narcissus ...sucks. Don't go see it.

I had a feeling it was going to be utter crap, thanks for confirming it. The only bad thing is that I’m being dragged along to see it anyways :( Damn friends, eh lol  Ah well, I suppose I can just sit there pointing out plot holes, taking the piss out of the acting (or lack of), piss poor dialog and stupid story. :D

Why can't they release any decent films? I wouldn't mind something on the lines of Donnie Darko or Reservoir dogs... don't suppose there is anything like that out/ soon to be out, is there?

It's very rarely that a film like that has any hype at all behind it before release, they just blow you away out of nowhere. The last great films with any hype behind them I can think of were Return Of The King and Master & Commander, and they were only so fantastic because the budgets allowed a lot of premier talent to be involved. There's usually a couple of good hits that sneak in below the radar each year, like Roger Dodger, Igby Goes Down or my personal favourite of last year Buffalo Soldiers, but it's pretty rare to get something like Donnie Darko.
