Ok, when someone requests an artillery bombardment, i know how to switch the view. By i cannot figure out how to aim and hit the target. How do i line up in the binocular view so that i can hit the target?

Being that Artillery is my main deal, I know where to find your answer... give this a shot.

Artillery is tough in BFV only because there are so many damned hills and dense foliage. Only maps like Landing Zone Albany and Siege of Khe Sanh are where the M110 is easy to position. On Cambodian Incursion you can grab the M110 at the temple and, with a good spot at the VC main base, pound them into submission.

Of course spotting also works for Mortars, which is great for the city maps - especially for the NVA on Reclaiming Hue. If you set up at the Pagoda (north west) you can hammer the ARVN base/bridge like there's no tomorrow.

Best way to figure all this out is to fire up a map with a lot of space - like Ia Drang or Khe Sanh - and have a friend spot for you. And as a general reminder, SNIPERS ARE NOT THE ONLY ONES WITH BINOCULARS. Check your gear. Be part of the team.
