I have a Controller NOT Joystick, Logitech Dual Action. I was wondering if anyone knows the exact way to program it and all, I went to option on BF:V nad it wasn't there, So i went to the Porfiler for my controller and i ahve Shoot & Zoom programmed, How would i get aim and all to work though since it's the mouse ball??

controller to fly or just play the game? Why on earth would you use a controller to play a FPS? I use a MS Sidewinder Precision Pro joystick for flying only. Keys and mouse are only way to play this game, don't even bother with a pad. This ain't XBOX ;)

keys are to difficult? how so? Is this your 1st FPS on a PC? Trust me, you will want to learn how to use keys and mouse combo. I doubt anyone here uses a gamepad to play this game, but good luck

I use a mouse and keyboard for all my games. but i bet flying jets in this game would be much easier with a joystick.

Yes, a joystick is great for flying. A little tricky to learn.

That is strange, I guess my joystick sensitivity is just to low. I tried flying in Battlefield 1942 with my joystick but I can't make really sharp turns like I can do with a mouse. It simply moves the fighter too slow to engage others in a dogfight. Best to fly with a mouse, you have the most control, but the keyboard is great for evasion maneuvers.

It really is all personal preferences.

3rd person? nobody plays FPS games in 3rd person online, hell or even offline. I ask again, is this your first shooter game? I advise you to learn the mouse and keys, you will thank me later ;)

Learn to fly with the keyboard or mouse. Have you even tried? Do you understand the physics of flying ?

Program the keys? WASD and the arrows.
