After installing the patch on my server as well as my game puter, Its bout to lagg me to death. Seems we went backwards. :wtf: My server sits on a true 100mb line, its top notch on the specs line so I know it aint that. What happened? I had to lower my vid settings just to play...arrgh. That just aint right concering what im running on my gamer here and its still laggy and warping when I can move at all on other servers.:barf: After having some TS conversations with some other server admins all I can conclude is, it aint us. Its the new code.:deal: I have a lot of the same bugs that have been mentioned also but the one that gets me is I cant see the buildings on some of the maps. There still there, I get collision as normal you just cant see em.:clueless: I await some news on a "patch to fix the patch" It's sad to see something like this happen, could they not find enough beta testers? :feedback: would be appreciated. Thanks all!
I had to turn my graphics to MED to play without lag. I did notice some weapon movements not in synch also. What are your system specs? I am running it with ATI 9800 PRO XP 2800 SB Audigy ZGamer 1 GIG RAM (finnaly)
Graphics all set high and no problems ..
ATI 9800 XT XP 2500+ SB Audigy 1 GIG RAM DDR 300 Runs like a charm best sort something out ..
It seems EA and dice can't fix jack.
well i have a,
AMD Athlon 2000+ XP
768 megs of pc 133 ram
ATI 9200 128 megs
And I can running it on high with only a couple of people on the same server and i get a tiny amount of graphics stutering, but i am still pulling in around 20-30 FPS. on low setting i have no graphics problmes at all until there are 30+ players playing on the server then i get connection problems. but that is due to the net code.
My specs are fine. 2000xp 512 ddr G4 128 m ram. My server specs are off da hook! Game Server Specs. Windows Server 2003 Dual Xeon 2.8Ghz (with HT enabled) 1GB RAM 120GB HDD 100MB/s Connection ( Damn right it is)
Data Center Specs. * We are running on fully redundant AC & power on all sites.

I have spoken to 12 admins. All have noticed a conciderable slowdown.:Puzzled: What once was smooth as peanut butter is now CHUNKY at times even with just a few players. Framerates flux much more than what was normal.:clueless: It wasn't broke so why fix it?:inthetoilet:
Sounds like an expensive server, Puffy! Sweet setup.
I too have noticed a little more lag and it doesn't seem to be server specific. It seems more location specific. Someone in another post called the main/big temple on the Ho Chi Minh map, the "Bermuda Triangle." I have noticed that the temple is a serious slowdown/lag area now... especially if there are a few people running and gunning for it.
ehe im pullen high but i could say i got a goods comp ATI 256mb X800..and a AMD 3000 nice setup i love playn bfv now instead of on my crap dell:beer::beer::smokin:
