How about 25 or 6 to 4 by chicago?? Was this released during the Vietnam War?? If it was that is a totally awesome song and should have definatly been included. Also how about some Doors that would be totally awesome driving to LA Woman....Imagin it!

Snake_Shitwind cries mary still has a little punch in it. white rabbit doesn't but they still include it.
White Rabbit was used in a remix with two audio clips for the menu music. It's not like you can jump into a Huey and fire up the song. Besides, it has far more punch than "Mary'. 'Mary' is still too dull for a war anthem. You wouldn't want to fly into battle hearing it... Unless it was a battle directed by John Woo.
How about 25 or 6 to 4 by chicago?? Was this released during the Vietnam War??

25 or 6 to 4 was released on Chicago II in 1970. It works. As for Doors stuff - LA Woman would be good... Break On Through as well.

Hendrix's Voodoo Child (Slight Return) would be a kick ass implement to the game. I can picture it now, buzzing over the treetops in a Huey and watching all the VC run for their life. That or I'll get my ass blown out of the sky by a multitude of SA-7's. Either way it would be cool .:D

Now THAT's a good one. Voodoo Child would rock. It has a slow approach, much like Canned Heat's "On The Road Again" but would crescendo into an awesome BFV Hendrix experience... pun not intended.

War Hawki feel like a moron, Incence and Peppermint was on your original list

Hah - no reason to feel like a moron. It's a great song and can get numerous votes :) It sounds great when you're flying around in Operation Hastings. Though, as A.M.Foxtrot asked me in TS "What kind of drugs were they on to call themselves 'Strawberry Alarm Clock'?" My answer: "All of them."

ROFL  Then again, "These Boots Were Made For Walking" is almost appropriate for when you're in a large map, not in a vehicle, and trying to get to the next point. ALMOST appropriate. Alternate lyrics: "These boots are made for walkin'... this march is really long... one of these days these boots are gonna get me to that spawn."
