I like joining a sever and listening to everyone complain about how the M60 sucks now and being able to airlift stuff with the helos.
I like how a new patch is coming out as a start to making game complete.
'[GMedic[FOD]']I love what i call "Nade Jumping" Throwing down a nade and crouching on top of it and when it blows...You find your self 50 feet in the air..:)
Looks like they fixed that with the patch coming out. What I like? Simple. Artillery... it's everywhere. Mortars, howitzers, mobile... you have something available on every map. Unlike '42 where I'd wait for the 2 or 3 maps that had the M7, I can spawn with a mortar and set up anywhere. Of course, I still have to wait for a damned target spot, but since classes other than sniper get binoculars there's a greater chance. (Yeah, right.) Another thing I like, and rely on a tad too much, is the 3D map. It screws up my BF1942 play, but it's one of the most handy features of Vietnam - especially when talking to teammates in Teamspeak.
Agreed on the 3D map. I start every map this way: select kit, select spawn point, hit the key to turn on 3D map. It really helps to see who's on my side and who isn't instantly.
The M14 :naughty: I love that gun :nodding: :nodding: :nodding: :nodding:
