I know that this is knda traitorous, but I go to Register, and it says that I can't for some reason. I wanted to join all because they had a thread on how to fix SWBF2 Zero Editor, but if some one can help me fix it here, I won't have to Register at GT. Here's the link to my thread for ZE: http://forums.filefront.com/sw-bf2-problems-errors-help/338514-ze-startup.html
We had to temporarily restrict registrations to GT for a while, due to a recent situation. The content of the first post in the thread in question was as follows: I know that zeroeditor has been a problem for many people with vista. I was recently playing around with it when I had the spark of inspiration to use a program called 3D-Analyze which had helped me in many situations (it emulates the TnL for me for BFII). With a few tests of the program I isolated the necessary step to take to allow zeroditor to work. First, you may download 3D-Analyze for free at 3dfxzone.it - Tools Channel -> 3D-Analyze -> Latest Release. Click the disk icon across from the words "3D-Analyze 2.36" a little ways down the page. It will download as a zip file, and once unzipped, the program is ready for use. Open up 3DAnalyze.exe to run the program. Click the big select button in the upper-left and select the zeroeditor just as you normally would to run it (from the data_world folder your using). Before clicking run in 3D-Analyze, click the box labeled "force SW TnL." Click run and zeroeditor should work. For future use, after running 3D-Analyze, you can click the button at the bottom of the program that says "Save batch file!" This will allow you to run the batch file in the future to automatically open zeroeditor. These steps must be repeated for each map's zeroeditor of course. Note: In the picture, ignore the "Not Responding" for 3D-Analyze, it's working fine, that's just what it does when it runs programs. Screenshot of 3D-Analyze.
Yeah, I read that post. Anyway, I got the mod tools working, it was just a problem with my video card.
