Bf2142 wrong version, although i have the right one... -1 reply

My BF2142 game doesn't let me play mp. Every time i go to join a server i join it and it loads and then when i hit join server it says something about me having modified content, or the wrong version. I downloaded the 1.40 patch and it only give me the servers without the patch. And when i take off the patch it only gives me the servers with the 1.40 patch :mad:. Plz help.

What i suggest is reinstalling BF2142, 1.40 came with many bugs, and EA Most likely fixed your problem... Or lets hope.

If the problem persists, i recommend going to Support page on Ea.com

I had a few problems and they dealt with it very well. Best Customer support that I've encountered :)
