It seems like the people over at BG42 have figured out a way to have actual towable artillery.
i doubt it, i bet it carry and detech, like the landing craft on boats.

About Spawn Time, we have to discuss about and do some testing and of course we've to keep the Game Balance in Mind, because AT Guns are very powerful Units. No they can't be picked upped again. That's a Feature in included in BFV, there it can be coded into Vehicles and Paks, or whatever, in Seconds. But maybe I could find a proper Solution for Bf1942 too (maybe a Trick or so, who knows), but I'm not sure, but we'll see. Its a different system, but its no better then FH system. but i like the idea of having to fold the legs be turning them.
Can someone tell me why I blow myself up each time I try too fire one of the 88's? I guess I am doing something terribly dumb, enlighten me!
did you actually DEPLOY? or just fired it with the wheels still on
Yeah, make sure you deploy the rifle first. Easy acid test is to try to drive the truck away; it won't move if the rifle is deployed.
I don't see what's wrong with the FH version of towing,it's basically the same thing.
I think you would be able to shoot the gun while its still on the wheels right? Didn't they do that in Africa when they needed to get away fast?
The FH version of towing is all we need. What's the use in dropping something off if it can't be moved again? There are already 88's in static spots around maps in key positions. I think it should stay how it is.
FH is true towing, and it took a long time to work through. BG took the easy way out.
