you wouldnt have to make each barrel in a battery aim a set angle away from the first gun. the latest version of dc extended has solved this problem for you and im sure that if you ask nicely theyll let you have the code :deal: if you check out their battleships their main guns fire an accurate but random spread of shells so they land in roughly the same area but not in exactly the same place every time :type:

Perhaps we should start with deployable Mortar kits, or give some classes a (deployable) mortar. It's less work and has more to do with realism.

Actually, it sounds more like all of the Close Combats.

Scenario: One of your men sticks his ass out in the wind, and farts. The enemy smells his exotic concoction, pinpoints his exact location and nails it with accurate mortar fire.

However you are reduced to guessing where his is and looking for the muzzle flash.

Arty in FH is amazing. They somehow made it work better than any other BF game ever.
