I was wondering if when a plane loses health and smoke pores out is it possible to kind of slow it down or make the controls harder to use because really a planes pouring out black smoke isn't gonna do much.Oh and if it's possible sometimes pilots blacked out when stalling (haven't done much research on that but i think they did) so if u could do that it would be cool.:smokin: And if it's possible too make a animation for fighters and such when bailing out that the guy pulls off the window and jumps out and it would be very cool if u could it should take about 5-7 seconds to jump out and make parachutes gradually slow down because i hate it when people wait till 1 second to pull it.If it's possible without a SDK.Tell me what ya think.

And i hope it's single player because i have starband ISP and latency is terrible i can't play online :moon: to u starband

Black smoke just means the plane is on fire

untill you blow up, it really wont affect aerodynamic preformance much... :deal:

have u guys thought about putting the westland whirlwind in the game?it was used in early ww2. it could carry a 1,000 lb bomb. it could go 351 mph it could outrun the bf109.and the whirlwind had a concentrated pack of four 20mm cannon in it's nose.it could also strafe ground targets with devastating effectiveness.when defending itself against enemy fighters. it could destroy any enemy aircraft with a single burst. it's a long range escort fighter. it was arguably the most advanced aircraft in RAF service only 112 were built and they were withdrawn in december 1943. well whadya think? it'd be a great plane! oh yeah and @ neko if the plane is on fire the avionics could burn up and the motor could be stressed causing it to slow down. http://www.military.cz/british/air/war/fighter/whirlwind/whirlwind_en.htm <-- there's a link http://www.military.cz/british/air/war/fighter/whirlwind/whirl_draw.gif <-- there's the blueprints

i think a plane on fire would probably affect aerodynamics.. you're missing a wing or a tail section.. heh..

pilots blacked out or "red"ed out if they pulled to many negative or positive Gs. Like if you're in a dive and pull up to hard, or are in a turning dogfight and try to turn to fast.. obviously, it affects fighter pilots the most because they have more agility.
