anyone know how i would add landmines as statics to a map... or even better, anti personell ones... if so, how? thanks...

I'm sorry to wake up a dead thread like this, but yes, static (AT) landmines are already in e.g. FH, and AP mines are very possible to mod, but I still haven't seen them in a mod, maybe they wouldn't be practical. Here are a few easy steps to make AP mines, but be warned, they might however have some bugs I haven't noticed, and I couldn't make them placeble by the player, only static, but that's what you were asking for, I think. -change the material of a object to something not used by something -add the material to the necessary .con files -make the material fragile to all materials you want, especially soldier materials -give the object low hitpoints and a high damage factor -place the invisible object (that is big enough to be easy to crash into) on the ground -walk against it->booom, you are dead -adjust damage values, explosion radius etc until they fit your needs, and the mine should be ready and working -remember to make the necessary modifications to your map, although I am not sure how I did it, maybe you need a minimod to make them work

PS I don't remember exactly which files needs to be modified, but it's quite easy to find out.
