It's been down for a long time, they said they would have a major site makeover with the 0.6 release I guess that is what they're doing.

It could have been overloaded. There's a chance that people constantly checking just got to it. I doubt that uploading would take long anyway as all they're uploading would be site updates and maybe some pics. Edit: NM, saw above post. Didn't know about make over.
