As, Myxlminx said, let the devs sort this out. The leadership of our mod (BG42) is in contact with the FH leadership and they'll get this worked out. Let's please not start any sort of mod war. It will not help the situation get resolved.
While I'm here, congrats to the FH team on a fine release. Breakthrough and Fall Weiss, in particular, are very nice.
