'[SYN hydraSlav']Just tried that map. You do actually "glow" up a bit when inside the light and you look "darker" when outside of it.

It just had an idea on how they did it: They have huge shadows casted from the buildings (can you cast a shadow from more than one side?). When you walk inside the "light", you actually walk out of the shadow, all the other times you are inside the shadows of the buildging. Makes a really nice effect

No. Pay attention to your uniform, and not the light youre standing on. Its as dark as outside the light and you are given the illusion that it is lighter because you are standing on a bright texture area, not paying attention to the uniform itself.

That's exactly what i was doing. When walking into the light, your uniform becomes lighter color than otherwise. It doesn't change by a great amount, but it changes just as much as when walking out of a building shadow in BF. It's a bit inaccurate though. Sometimes you can be in the light, but your uniform is still dark... but as you make a couple of steps more into the light, it becomes lighter.
