Yes! I don't know Goul's work though, just GI_JOEjk.
That panther alone would be enough to get him hired by Dice! Plus his Panzer III (something FH is lacking ) is looking to be just as good if not better!
The Panther skin goes to show you that a decent and some might say sub par model can look great with the right skin.
