Not legally. If you are using the same CD key on two computers, you must have used the same CD to install from. While you can install a game from the same CD on multiple computers, it is illegal to play simultaneously on more than one computer. Read the EULA.

Well he could have two BF1942's running on the one computer, that works but DX doesn't support two games using DX running simultaneously so one of them would have to be a dedicated server, it would need to be fast though, or two dedicated servers for a large LAN, but you don't need the CD for that anyway, just the server files. So yes Driver121113, you can have two games running.
