When ever I start up Battlefield 1942 I get a white box with "Input Signal out of Range" on it boucing around the screen, I can still hear the intro and the main screen music but other then that i just get the white box, th eonyl thing I have recently done was install Omege Raedon Drivers, which i then unistalled and reinstalled normal ATI drivers and it still didnt work, so I did a system restore to when I had just installed the omega drivers and it still does the same, anyboy got any fix, or an idea of whats up? Thanks Thawk
What are your system specs?
The resolution or refresh rate of the game is set to level not suported by the monitor.
Go to this folder (there may be several profile folders so go to them all)
C:\Documents and Settings\"your user name here"Administrator\My Documents\Battlefield 2\Profiles\0001
And open the file video.con with notepad, and change this line:
Save, start BF2 and test.
apocalypse_kid its BF 42 not bf 2.
So no fix?
