Simple as the title really. I downloaded the 0.5 Full Install of FH off of Fileplanet and began to install it. It went smoothly until it tried to install the "objects.rfa" file, then froze (not just the installation, the entire window; couldn't click cancel so I had to Ctrl+Alt+Delete it). I tried it 3 times to make sure it wasn't a fluke, and it froze every time. So.... help? Download it again?

u need to be more patient and the reason why your puter would not let u cancel is because when u install something it will really lag down your computer it is hard to install something and do another thing at the same time so when u install the mod just give it some more time, step away from your computer that objects.rfa file is huge any way

No, I am having the same problem it keeps freezing on static meshes.rfa (Task Manager says it's not responding) I did a fresh install of bf1942 then applied the full 1.6 patch before trying to instal v.b

I like the Xww2 installer cause it tells you that the pc may appear to be frozen but really its just thinking.
