how can i create a shortcut of FH to my desktop?

Create a shortcut to your BF1942.exe, then right click on the shortcut, go to Target: and it should look something like this..
"C:\Your\BF1942 Path\BF1942.exe" +game fh
Just add "+game fh" after the end quotes.
