We have many releases on the BF42 engine and three releases on the BFV engine (possibly four within a week or two). Our mod focuses on Gameplay + Historical accuracy rather than complete realism (We'll most likely set the damage values to 1/2). We are currently setting our sights for BF2, but currently we are looking for the following: Skinners do not have to know how to unwrap, but it would be nice if you were able to. High quality work is a MUST. Static Modellers should be able to make convincing structures (buildings, bridges, signs etc.) from the WWII era, Westren Europe Buildings are a priority. Unwrappers should be able to unwrap something within a few days. It is totally understandable if you have some pressing matters that must be attended to first, however. Mappers should be able to make maps that have relative fairness to it. Maps don't have to be 100% accurate in landscape but should reflect the conditions (What vehicles were used there, what vegetation, what buildings etc.). Player Modellers should be able to make player models for any nation we are hoping to add. It would be great if you can also Rig the Skeleton to the model, but this isn't required. Riggers should be able to completely skin a model to the BF2 skeleton. If you can actually animate the player model as well, that would be great, but once again not required. well, if you would have cared to read bobtons posting, you would have realised that they are searching for developers for the BF2 version of BG42.
its also a bfv mod and i thin its a great idea 2 move over 2 bf2
Thanks for clearing that up hslan.Faust I'm pretty sure we have one more release for BFV, the Africa theater, but BF2 is where I'm going to concentrate (I've already redone the HUD completely, and I made a flamethrower that can go like 100ft and it doesn't lag, lol)
We've just recruited a player modeller/rigger and a skinner who works specifically on player modellers. Well, that was convienient :)
