I just downloaded FH2 so Im kind of new at this. BF2 vanilla has been working fine but it seems I have a problem with running FH2. My (Dell windows XP) computer meets all of the specs for BF2 and FH2 but I keep CTD'n whenever I try to load a map. Sometimes it crashes as soon as it finishes loading and I click "join game", or I get about 5 minutes of extremely laggy/choppy gameplay before it finally kicks out. I just updated my NVidia GeForce 6200 display driver, so I dont think thats the problem. Anybody know whats goin on?

after you installed FH2, try repatching it with the 1.41 patch, then I would do a disk defrag, and clean up, ect ect...

go into bf2 as you normally do and allow all mods to show on your browser list. In the search enter fh2 and choose a server to go into. And also don't keep many mods in your folder only one when playing. Remove the other mods by going into my computer-localdisk-programfiles-eagames-battlefield2--mods. Create a separate folder say in mydocuments--and to play the mod you want just swap mod files from the folder you created in mydocuments to the mods folder in your bf2 game.

There is a forum just for fh2 and recommend if you still have problems after these replies. The website can be found in your bf2 folder-- just drag the internet explorer icon to your desktop.:cya:
